How to Report an Issue
1. Use Your Registered Email
Make sure you write from the same email linked to the dApp.
2. Describe the Issue Clearly
- Include campaign name (if aplicable), date/time, and what exactly went wrong.
- Add any error messages you saw.
3. Attach Proof
- Add a short screen recording or screenshots showing the issue.
- Include your wallet address and X handle.
4. Be Specific
- If you're asking about rewards, mention the campaign and your leaderboard rank.
- If you're reporting a bug, describe the steps to reproduce it.
Response Time
Our support team reviews all cases within 48 hours. Please note: reward distribution and final scoring are handled automatically by the platform and may take up to 48 hours to reflect.
